Helping Your Teen with ADHD Launch (focus on kids with ADHD/neurodivergence)

Target: parents of teens/young adults 16-22

This 8-week program will use the book 8 Keys to Parenting Children with ADHD as the backbone for psychoed and reinforcing concepts. Parents are expected to purchase and read the book in preparation for each group.

Parents who complete this group are invited to enroll in a graduate group that is a freer-flowing, more application-focused model of parent support.

EXCLUSION CRITERIA:  kids with significant substance use issues or intense mental health issues where the teen is in a higher level of care.


Social Anxiety Summer Program

Age Range 14-60

This summer program will aim to help individuals with social anxiety. We will aim to provide children, adolescents and adults strategies for how to tolerate social situations without avoiding them.

Virtual and In-person anxiety groups will help individuals develop coping skills to manage their anxiety as they practice their social fears. Sessions will begin with understanding and learning coping strategies. We will then move forward and practice our coping skills and strategies out in the community.

Grounded Connections: A Nature, Meditation, and Sensory Grounding Program for Teens

Grounded Connections is a therapeutic program designed for teenagers to develop essential grounding skills using the calming power of nature, meditation, and sensory-based practices. This program provides a safe, supportive environment where teens can learn to manage stress, regulate emotions, and stay present in their daily lives. Through immersive outdoor experiences, guided meditations, and hands-on sensory activities, participants will discover tools to build emotional resilience and connect with themselves and the world around them. 

Unlock the Key to Harmonious Relationships: Effective Communication Between Parents and Teenagers

In today's fast-paced world, effective communication is more critical than ever. Our comprehensive program equips you with practical strategies, proven techniques, and invaluable insights to foster trust, understanding, and mutual respect between you and your teenager.  

This course will offer five therapeutic sessions to help you better understand one another, learn and practice new communication skills, manage conflict effectively, and foster trust and more connection. 


Mindfulness Walking Series

Therapist: Gurneet Pannu, LPCC

Learn to ease stress and manage anxiety through the healing powers of nature and mindfulness in this 5-week program. We will learn the foundations of mindfulness techniques and apply them in nature-based settings through guided practice. We will take mindful walks each session and spend time practicing each element of mindfulness- one step at a time. 

Navigating the Transition to College Life: Building Skills for Success

This 6-week program is targeted towards college-bound teenagers to develop social skills, strategies to cope with the stress and anxiety that comes with transition to college, and to learn self-advocacy skills to equip them for success in the college setting.
