My Approach
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and solution-focused. I practice a strengths-based and collaborative approach to build upon your strengths and empower you to make changes to promote your wellness and growth. I work with teens, adults, parents, and families. I especially enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals and treating anxiety. I am passionate about working with individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds, with a particular focus in the South Asian community.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities in my work, including person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and experiential therapy. My goal is to help you develop insights into your strengths and challenges, identify your personal goals, and build coping skills to foster your personal growth.
ABOUT ME
I deeply value nourishing my mind, body, and soul with healthy energy, finding that nature and mindfulness are central to my own wellness journey. These elements have profoundly influenced my approach to therapy, making it both grounded and reflective. In my therapeutic practice, I integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients connect with their inner selves and navigate their journeys with greater clarity. My natural curiosity drives me to explore and incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective support. This blend of attentiveness to the natural world and a genuine desire to support others creates a nurturing environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
When I’m not working, I love traveling to new places, trying unique restaurants, and immersing myself in documentaries that offer fresh insights. I also enjoy listening to health and wellness podcasts and spending time in nature to rejuvenate.
