My Approach

When you work with me, you can expect a warm, supportive environment tailored to meet the unique needs of families, teens, adults, and culturally diverse individuals. Clients often describe my personality as approachable and empathetic, and one that creates a safe space for exploration and growth. I have strong interests in areas such as body image, school-related challenges, life transitions, anxiety and depression, family conflicts, and boundary setting. The ideal client for my approach is someone open to self-discovery and wanting to build a therapeutic relationship, regardless of their background. I customize my practice to fit your individual circumstances, employing techniques that resonate with you, whether through structured interventions or open conversations. Together, we will navigate your journey in a way that feels empowering and respectful of your experiences.

For those who have journeyed through therapy before, my approach is unique due to my integration of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), combined with a personalized touch that acknowledges the complexities of diverse backgrounds. I prioritize building a genuine therapeutic foundation, essential for effective therapy across families, teens, adults, and culturally diverse clients. My specific interests, including body image, school-related challenges, life transitions, anxiety and depression, family conflicts, and boundary setting, shape our work together. You will appreciate my commitment to creating actionable goals while allowing space for deeper emotional consideration. I blend different techniques and interventions to ensure our sessions remain dynamic and relevant to your ongoing growth. If you are seeking a therapist who respects your experiences and offers a safe space and support, I invite you to explore sessions with me.

ABOUT ME

My approachable and empathetic nature stems from a deep appreciation for the complexities of the human experience. I have a passion for understanding body image, school-related challenges, and the intricacies of family dynamics, all of which inform my compassionate approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their own paths in therapy. I balance my life with nature and technology.
