My Approach

I am a client-centered and strengths-based clinician who is warm, genuine, and personable. I enjoy bringing humor, creativity, and even a bit of sarcasm into my sessions when it's appropriate. You can always count on me to prioritize your needs and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your goals and personal strengths. While I am gentle and accommodating, I can also be more direct when needed or desired. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe to be vulnerable, curious, and honest. With considerable experience in working with high-acuity clients, crisis intervention, and safety planning, I am well-equipped to provide support during the most challenging moments.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, positive, and logical. Those who often find themselves struggling to feel safe with others usually find themselves at ease in our sessions. As someone who values spirituality, I enjoy collaborating with clients who are interested in holistic or metaphysical practices and perspectives, or who simply wish to feel understood in this aspect of their lives.

ABOUT ME

I’ve been told I bring a light and uplifting energy, often described as 'fairy-like'—think of it as gentle, supportive, and a bit magical. My hobbies and interests include hiking, spending time in nature, reading, meditation, thrifting, crystals, astrology, music, creating jewelry, photography, traveling, and animals. I like to consider myself an adventurous and well-rounded person who is always seeking growth.

I became a therapist because of my own struggles as a teenager—I wanted to be the person for others that I needed during that time. I am deeply inspired by the resilience I witness within my work. It brings me great joy to witness the change process for clients and see them embrace their strengths and authenticity.
