ABOUT MONA

Mona Tahsini is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with youth and families. She has worked in clinical and leadership roles for community-based agencies providing intensive services to youth and families in various settings, including Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), Wraparound services, and Mobile Crisis.

Mona joined Teen Therapy Center in 2011 as a therapist. As an in-office therapist, she saw that teens and families often had difficulty implementing interventions and strategies in day-to-day life when faced with challenges. In 2014, Mona started Teen Therapy Center’s In-Home Coaching Program as an opportunity for teens and families to get support and practice skills in real-time at home and in the community. Mona is the Director of the In-Home Coaching Program and oversees the program.
