My Approach
In our work together, clients can expect an approach that balances curiosity and warmth with deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Clients have described me as bringing a grounding presence and thoughtful perspective, creating a space that feels safe and encouraging of genuine self-exploration. I’m particularly drawn to working with adolescents, young adults, and professionals.
For those experienced in therapy, I offer an approach that stands out for its integration of mindfulness, strengths-based, and trauma-informed practices. My methods are relational, and I utilize evidence-based modalities to fit each client’s needs. Drawing on several years of mindfulness and meditation experience, I bring attentiveness and openness to create a space where you feel both seen and valued, inspiring meaningful growth along the way.
About Me
Growing up in the multicultural landscape of the Bay Area has fostered in me a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity, an understanding I bring to my therapeutic practice. Outside of therapy, I find peace in nature, enjoy listening to and making music, drinking tea, and love spending time with family and pets—experiences that reinforce my commitment to balance and presence both in and outside the therapy room.
