My Approach
Empowering you to reach your fullest potential is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. I believe in showing up as your advocate in whatever way feels most empowering to you. To me, therapy is a collaborative experience, built on a foundation of respect and trust, where you are seen as the expert of your own lived experiences. Growing up in a family that valued compassion and resilience, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of empathy and the unique challenges each person faces. I strive to bring my authentic self to each session, creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients from all backgrounds feel heard, valued, and supported.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and a strengths-based approach, adapting my practice to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I help you tap into your inner resources to overcome challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe, flexible space for growth and healing.
