My Approach
In our ever-changing, interconnected world, navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and professionals, offering an integrative approach to therapy. My goal is to empower you by providing perspectives that challenge and inspire growth.
Connection and collaboration are central to my therapeutic approach. Together, we will explore your unique story to find pathways to healing that resonate with your individual experiences and needs. With training in various evidence based modalities and over seven years of mindfulness meditation experience, I integrate different techniques to support your journey.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I am here to guide you.
About Me
I hold a BA in Philosophy from Pitzer College and Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
Growing up in the Bay Area, my multicultural background shapes my practice. I understand the complexities of overlapping identities and am dedicated to creating a space where all aspects of you are seen and valued. Clients have described me as grounded, curious, thoughtful, and “real.”
Outside of the therapy room, I find peace in nature, enjoy listening to music, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and pets.
